 Dear Property Owners,

At its April 29, 2026 meeting, the Board of Directors approved the annual assessment for 

the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027.

Annual Assessment: $400 per lot

Payment Schedule:

• Invoices will be mailed on or about July 1, 2026.
• Payment is due no later than August 1, 2026.

This assessment was adopted by Board Resolution on April 29, 2026 and represents an 

approximately 11% increase from the previous annual assessment of $360 per lot.
