The mission of The Knolls Property Owners Association is to create a welcoming atmosphere and facilitate a safe and high standard of livability for residents and property owners. The Association will operate in an ethical and transparent manner in all aspects of its management responsibilities, and apply Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) in a reasonable and equitable manner.

We envision The Knolls to be a place that we are all proud to call home--a community of friendly, caring and respectful neighbors who extend grace to one other and strive to resolve issues in a respectable and neighborly fashion and who value both property and friendships.
